Billie Eilish Files For Restraining Order Against Man Sending Her ‘Extremely Disturbing’ Letters And Stalking Her

A court filing obtained first by E! News shows that Billie Eilish and her parents are trying to get a restraining order against someone who’s been sending the young star some ‘extremely disturbing’ letters! Apparently, the man has been harassing the singer ever since August and the documents were filed a week ago, on February 11.

As per the documents, the person who’s been doing this to Billie is named John Matthews Hearle.

The man is 23 years old and also goes by the alias Adam Lucifer!

Aside from requesting a civil harassment restraining order to keep him away from her, Billie has also asked for additional orders for her mom and dad, to make sure they are safe from Hearle as well.

Billie declares that Hearle has been harassing and even threatening her for around six months while parked across from her house where a school is.

The letters, as mentioned before, started appearing on her family’s property back in August.

One such disturbing letter reads that ‘You can’t get what you want, unless what you want is to die for me.’

Billie claims the man would sleep on the school’s property most nights and would ‘stare at me while I enter and exit our family’s home. Every time I drive home I am filled with anxiety fearing that Hearle will be there waiting for me, and he usually is. After I pull into the driveway and get out of the car, I can hear Hearle talking to himself in an ominous voice, which increases my anxiety level even more.’

She went on to explain that ‘Whenever Hearle sees me he always says something to me or makes a sign or a gesture directed to me… For example, he recently made a throat slitting gesture to me as I was backing my car into my driveway. I interpreted this as Hearle wanting to violently harm me in some way. The constant presence and harassment causes me substantial anxiety, fear and emotional stress.’
